Declaration CNIL – RGPD

On 25 May 2018, the European regulation came into force. Many formalities with the CNIL have disappeared, including the end of declarations to the CNIL. The RGPD removes the file declarations to be made to the CNIL, only certain prior formalities will remain (request for an opinion for the police/justice sectors, request for authorisation for certain health data processing operations in particular).

On the other hand, the responsibility of the organizations is reinforced. They must now ensure optimal data protection at all times and be able to demonstrate this by documenting their compliance. We define our entire privacy policy on the relevant page: Privacy Policy.

Informatique et Libertés / Cookies / Tracking statistical data

The automated processing of nominative data carried out from the “www.golfomahabeach.fr” website has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the amended law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, relating to information technology, files and liberties. The user is notably informed that, in accordance with article 32 of law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and liberties, the information he communicates via the forms on the site is necessary to respond to his request and is intended for the Golf d’Omaha Beach as the data controller for administrative and commercial management purposes.
